Recently I have run across a few old friends whom I have not seen for quite some time. In catching up with them we have chatted about our children and how they are doing. Sadly several of them have children who have been caught in the recent housing and mortgage crunch and have had to sacrifice their homes and lose their investments. Most of them were not offered any viable options by the mortgage lenders and so were forced to simply leave. Now it seems that lenders are deciding that is not in their benefit, let alone the home owners benefit, so they are discussing sale leaseback solutions and leaseback property financing options. Any sale leaseback offer should be researched and looked upon as a possible tool to save the financial situation. Real estate investors are feeling the pressure of the collapsing market and leaseback investments may be a viable option to offer. I agree that sale leaseback solutions may not solve all of the market crisis but at least that may be one more option that struggling home owners could possibly choose from in order to save their home and investment.
