I have been trying to sell my condo in Tucson for the last year or so.  With the market in such bad shape for sellers I have been interested in finding out more about a sale leaseback.  This is where a real estate investor or someone who is not quite ready to move in buys the unit and leases the place for a few months to the people they brought it from.  Leaseback investments are pretty common when it is a buyers market and that is definitely the case in Tucson at the moment.  I am sure one of the things that has an effect on whether investors will do this is the ability to get leaseback property financing.  I have heard talk of sale leaseback solutions in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe and in other parts of the Phoenix metro area but unfortunately I have not heard much about opportunities or sale leaseback solutions in Tucson.  If anyone is interested in a sale lease back, especially real estate investors, let me know.  This would be a great opportunity for me to sell my condo and get from under it but not have to move immediately.
